Our goal is to provide you with the best customer experience. Therefore, we appreciate if you would read our silly easy return policy.

And...by the way! Did we tell you how much we appreciate your business?

    • Please inspect your merchandise once received. Mistakes can happen and in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us within 72 by emailing us at support@2moments.com.

    • All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original packaging including the free item (if any). If the items shows any sign of being washed or worn, we will send it back and will not issue a refund.

    • No returns, exchange, or credit after 15 days of receiving the merchandise.

    • No credit on shipping charges (if any).

    • Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. 

How do I return?

1) Please E-mail us at  support@2moments.com within 14 days of placing your order.

2) In your e-mail, include your name, order # and the reason for your return. (This helps us understand more about our products and the reason for your return).

3) Then, we will email you (RA #) to return the merchandise back to us.  

4) Please return the merchandise within 2 business days of receiving the RA#.

5) Obtain a receipt of the return for your records as a proof in case the package is lost. Note: 2moments.com is not liable for any lost returns or without RA # or proof of return.

6) Once we receive the merchandise back, it takes 1-4 business days to issue your credit. 

    Exchanges

    • Contact us within a week after receiving the merchandise.

    • We will provide you with an RA# to send the product(s) back.

    • If the replacement item is the same price as the original item, we will just send you a replacement after receiving your original purchased item. Otherwise, you will need to place another order for a replacement.

    • In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us within 72 hours and we will gladly replace the item.
